YMCA Out of School
YMCA childcare is important in enabling parents to get back to work or into education and a service we have provided to the community since 1997.
YMCA Out of School Services include after school clubs and a breakfast club for school aged children aged 5 to 11. The YMCA clubs are a welcoming and safe environment where children are cared for, play and learn. The clubs are run on a social enterprise basis which means that they are operated on a not for profit basis.
The After School Clubs are open from school finishing time until 6pm and the breakfast club for one hour before school starts in school term time, serving the needs of families from the school particularly working parents and those who are studying and aiming to return to work. The YMCA clubs help create a fun environment. There are no hidden extras for parents and we offer a snack tea/breakfast as part of the service.
