Terry's Story

The YMCA has an open door and is always willing to listen. Terry's wife suffers from Alzheimer's. On the days that she attends a day centre Terry does the shopping and then visits Space for adult conversation. He says he experiences ‘freedom' at Space. It has also enabled him to review his benefit entitlement. As a result of information accessed at Space he was sign-posted to the Citizens Advice Bureau where he was able to gain advice.
