At interview stage
After sending in your application form you will now be waiting to hear back from us. We will contact you within 3 days of the closing date of the position you have applied for. If your application is successful you will receive a telephone call to confirm this and you will then enter stage one of the interview process.
Stage One - Testing
You will be asked to visit us to undertake a few tests. These will consist of a Saville and Holdsworth Ltd Numeracy and Verbal test and a Work Style Questionnaire. Some roles may require a higher or further level of testing, this all depends on what position you are applying for.
You will be sent a welcome letter confirming your attendance to the set interview date, this will be sent either by post or e-mail. The pack letter will also include a map showing the place where your interview will take place and general guidelines for recruitment.
It is important that you read all of the material we provide you with before you attend your interview.
Based on the results of your tests you will be able to assess whether you have the right skills for the role you are applying for.
Stage Two - Interview
If successful you will be called back for an interview. Depending on the role you may be asked to take part in exercises or activities. If this is required you will be given notice before the interview to ensure you have time to prepare.
Stage Three - After your interview
After your interview we will give you feedback of how we think it went, and how well you have done. We will let you know at a later date if your application was successful or not.
How to Dress?
When attending interviews or assessment days we encourage our visitors to dress smart/casual. We do not have a strict dress code policy but we would like our employees to dress appropriately.
