We are a Registered Charity and a Company limited by guarantee. We are also a Registered Provider of Social Housing (formerly Registered Social Landlord).

Board of trustees

We are governed by a Board of Trustees, all of whom are volunteers, which meets every two months and has three sub committees which also meet every two months in between the Board meetings.

  • Audit Committee

The Board has ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of the YMCA, ensuring it operates effectively delivering outcomes that meet its aims.

The Board works in partnership with the Senior Executive Team to set the strategic direction of the YMCA.

Senior Executive Team

The Board of Trustees delegate responsibility for the day to management of the YMCA to the Senior Executive Team, led by the Chief Executive
